Checked Fridge temperature log

A fridge temperature log that asks what you did.

Each fridge, freezer and cellar has its own limits. Type a reading outside them and Checked asks what you did about it before it'll save, so the answer sits right next to the number.

First month free, then £9.99 a month. No card to start, no contract.

Logging a temperature on a phone: the bottle fridge at 9°C, a limit of 0°C to 8°C, and a box asking what you did about it, with answers to tap

Every fridge, every shift.

Temperatures sit in the opening and closing lists, so they get done with everything else.

Your own limitsSet the range for each fridge, freezer, display fridge or cellar to match your pack.
Answers to tapMoved the stock, turned the fridge down, binned the food, called the engineer. Or type your own.
Late lists get noticedIf a list with temperatures in it isn't finished on time, managers get an email.

Kept properly.

A log is only worth something if it's honest.

A name and a time on every tickStaff tap their name and a four-digit PIN on the bar device. Every check is saved under the person who did it.
Nothing quietly changedA wrong reading is corrected by a manager with a reason. The original stays on the record, struck through.
Works with no signalChecks ticked in the cellar or a walk-in are kept on the phone and sent when the signal is back, with the time they were done.
The PDF for the inspectorPick the dates and download every check, who did it and when, what was missed and every problem with what was done about it.

Questions.

What temperature should a fridge be?

Use the figure in your own food safety pack. Checked starts each fridge with a common range you can change in Settings, and never decides the legal limit for you.

Can I log the cellar too?

Yes. Bars get the cellar in their ready-made opening list, with its own range.

How often should temperatures be taken?

That's set by your own house rules. Most venues check at opening and closing, and Checked's starter lists do both.

How much is it?

The first month is free, with no card to start. Then it's £9.99 a month per venue with unlimited staff and everything included. There's no setup fee and no contract.

Try it on tonight's close.

Answer three questions about your place and your lists are ready. The first month is free.
